What the product should not contain
CareHomeData should not collect or expose resident-level records, patient-level records, private medical records or confidential care information.
Business and public-register data
Some public records may include office holders, registered managers or other named business contacts. These fields are personal data and should be handled with source evidence, purpose limits, correction routes and suppression controls.
Contact routes
Generic business contact routes are lower risk than named personal addresses, but they still need lawful handling, opt-out controls and clear customer acceptable-use terms before export.
